Course Overview

To begin, we will get introduced to each other and establish a positive learning environment for the day, set goals for the day, review our planned activities, and prompt participants for their own personal objectives for an exciting learning experience.

What affect will this have on the workplace

What Generations Exist in the Workplace

Here, you learn all about the generations that populate today’s workforce in ways that could change the world. Delve into each one’s distinct history, traits and work habits – all of which add up to the eclectic workplace of today!

Differences Between

Learn basic dynamics between generations. In this session participants will learn about difference between generational groups and understand how to best articulate messages within different groups for effective communication.

Finding Common Ground

In this session, participants will learn the following:

Adopting a communication style

Creating an affinity group

Sharing knowledge

Conflict Management

It seeks to educate the participants and equip them with conflict resolution and mediation tools to tackle future transgenerational conflicts, and also to minimise or avoid them.

Workshop Wrap-Up

In the evening, the participants will have some time to reflect and talk: what questions do they have before they can draw up their individual action plan?
