About this event

  • 1 hour

All welcome! The ANU Kitchen Garden is a free, drop in program for the whole ANU community. With spring here and the weather warming up, there's lots to do in the garden! Come along and help with weeding, planting, seed sowing, watering, and looking after the plants and take home some fresh herbs for dinner. Gardening bees are relaxed, fun and social and a great way to get fresh air, exercise and to spend time in nature.

You don't need any gardening knowledge or experience: we'll teach you what you need to know!

What to wear/bring:

- A hat! We have sunscreen available but there is no shade, unfortunately

- A water bottle

- Comfortable clothes - gloves are provided but gardening can be messy so please wear clothes that are comfortable and that can get dirty.
