Funky Flow Workshop

Bank holiday monday June 3rd

10am - 11.30am

In this 90 minute workshop we will move the body in a dynamic and most certainly

funky way. As we approach the summer months let us fire up the solar plexus, our

powerhouse of potential and open our hearts to our true desires and perhaps play with

some inversions, looking at life from a different perspective!

We will finish the class with a guided meditation and a long Savasana!

Class Requirements: Yoga Mat, H2O and the ability to not take yourself too seriously.
