About this event

Set in private and lush parkland with the full moon rising and 3 sound facilitators you will be surrounded by high frequencies and vibrations and experience the joy of an open air sound event.


Working with multiple instruments - gongs, didjeridus, crystal bowls, percussion, rainsticks, chimes and flute, combined with the full moon you will feel lighter, grounded, peaceful and taken into a meditative state with the support of the earth below you.


Sound Healing can help with:

* insomnia & disturbed sleep

It can also bring about:

* clarity and balance

* relaxation

* improved memory & concentration

* improved sleep

* stronger immune system

* improved creativity


Please arrive 15 minutes before the start to give yourself time to settle in.


Things to Bring:

  • a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort
  • wear something comfy and bring something warm to wear for the sound healing as your body temperature may drop
  • if you have an eye pillow that would be great
  • bring a bottle of water

About Rachel

My journey with Sound Healing started in 2018. I was lucky enough to attend a sound healing at The Pyramids of Chi in Ubud, Bali, which was life changing. During the session I totally left my body as the sounds and vibrations took me to such a wonderful place. I decided then that I wanted to learn this craft and be able to help people relax and heal. I am so grateful to be on this journey.

​My passion is helping people. I work with energy, frequency and vibration. I offer unique group and 1:1 sessions which are quite different to group sound baths. My classical training means I can create a nourishing, custom healing session which will be specifically set up for your best healing outcome.

​I am a fully qualified Sound Healer having completed both the Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma in Integral Sound Healing Multi instrument Practitioner with the prestigious International Sound Healing Academy. The diploma is an in depth and practical 12 month course and covers:

  • ​unique 10 step healing process
  • client dynamics
  • music medicine
  • assessing the energy biofield
  • balancing the biofield and chakras
  • Integral Sound Healing with multi instruments
