Waterwise Gardens – FREE community workshop
Regardless of the type of garden, you can design it in such a way that it will manage both the drought and deluge.
Australia is the driest inhabited continent in the world; therefore, we should all practice water conservation, particularly in our gardens. Waterwise garden design is a smart way of saving, conserving and recycling water.
Come along to the workshop and learn about planning your garden to manage water well. You'll also learn about old and new proven methods to conserve water such as: swales, ollas, mulch, composting pits, grey water filtration, raingardens and even aquaponics systems!
