We meet 6.30am Friday year-round (Sometimes an afternoon catch-up too). We have a chat in the Anti Bad Vibe Circle and anyone is welcome to share about their week. Afterwards it's swimming, surfing, maybe yoga or even a breaky BBQ! Family-friendly. All welcome.
