Join Jasmine from Kind Mind for two nights sleeping under the stars at Mambray Creek National Park. Welcoming in a weekend of connection, nature, exploration and relaxation.

Our intention for this retreat is for you to reset and immerse in the outdoors. As we settle into the cooler months, this retreat is the perfect opportunity to get outside and enjoy the sunny Autumn days.

We will be moving through:

Opening Circle ~ Yin Yoga ~ Meditation ~ Breathwork ~ Cacao Ceremony ~ Morning Flow/Sadana ~ The Hidden Gorge Hike (18kms) ~ Art & Craft Workshop ~ Relaxation ~ Campfires ~ Connection ~ Sleeping under the stars ~ Fire Circle ~ Yoga Nidra ~ Closing Integration Forward


All meals, water, snacks are provided and will be plant powered & nourishing. A yoga area & eating area will be set up for you.


What to bring:

· Tent or Swag

· Pillow, blankets and yoga mat.

· Comfortable Clothes (warm woolie socks encouraged)

· Refillable drink bottle

· Towel

· Toiletries

· Sneakers for the hike

· Battery pack if you would like to keep your phone charged

· An open Mind

· Journal & Pen


*Please note that the hike will be after breakfast on Saturday and will take around 4-5 hours. Snacks and water will be provided on this hike. This is a moderate hike with some inclines. Please consider this hike upon booking in regard to your physical fitness levels. An adequate level of mobility and physical activity will be required to attend this retreat.

There are showers & toilets at the campground.

This is a time to come back to yourself, slow down, and meet with like-minded individuals in the beautiful Flinders Rangers.

Location: Mount Remarkable National Park – Native Pines Campsite (around 2.5 hours from the CBD)

About the facilitators,

Jasmine, an avid nature lover, counsellor, retreat/event facilitator, and experienced 500-hour yoga teacher, takes a holistic approach to well-being. Through her compassionate guidance, she empowers individuals to reconnect with their innate wisdom and facilitates transformative experiences that promote healing and self-discovery.
