What to expect: Join Sharn for this indoor fitness classes designed specifically for postnatal Mums. It is suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises adapted to suit your ability and needs. These sessions focus on increasing overall cardio & strength, improve posture & flexibility, strengthen pelvic floor, core & lower back muscles, gain energy and meet other Mums and bubs!
Bubs are more than welcome to attend. The venue is suitable for prams.
