Usui Shiki Ryoho is both a healing art and spiritual practice, a wonderful and easy way to help us deal with the challenges of life in current times
This traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho course is authentic and professional, class sizes are small so you receive thorough and individual attention.
Timetable:
- Friday 24th : 7 pm- 9 pm
- Saturday 25th: 9 am - 4 pm
- Sunday 26th: 9 am - Midday
- This course is suitable for adults +18
- Once you register Louise will call you for a quick phone chat.
During this class, you will be learning about what Reiki is, its origins and how it can be used for yourself, friends, families and furbabies.
- There is a lot of practical work- you will be giving and receiving Reiki from each other on massage tables.
- All teaching materials and snacks are provided.
- Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
- Please bring a notebook for personal notes.
- There will be a one-hour lunch break on Saturday, you will need to bring your lunch (or buy from shops nearby).
