Connect with the elements of nature, your inner self and community in an outdoor yoga class! Embrace the breeze, soak up the sun, ground your mind, body, and soul.

Yoga is a personal practice of self-discovery inviting you to go inwards, we will explore the breath, movement and stillness + the power of connection and community! If you are looking to make new friends, find likeminded people and be part of collective that is open and welcoming to all then grab your mat and come join us:)

No experience required, flows are suitable for all ages and levels.

Before purchasing please note:


-there is a no refund policy - however if you are unable to make it just give us 24 hours' notice so we can open the spot up for another person to attend & we will book you in for another class or pay it forward to someone you love to take your sport
-if weather impacts class you will be notifed via email asap! automatically, credited a pass for another session - follow the IG / FB account for regular updates.
-all physical activities involve risk of injury - although unlikely we like to remind you that we are insuraned but you are particpating at your own risk, no facilitor will be responsible for preventable injuries - basically move and do what is within your capcity, always follow your body + instructions that are suitble for you - on arrival inform teacher of previous injuries.
-AVOID eating 2 hours before practice and if possible caffine.

Is there an age restriction

No as long as there is an adult with children under 16 present. little ones are welcome we just can't be responsible for entertaining them during the flow :)

I have never done yoga or breathwork
