Systemic Family Constellations (SFC) is a standalone therapeutic modality that facilitates growth, healing and transformation from the holistic and dynamic perspective of the family system. It does this by shining a light in the dark -- into systemic forces (the ‘invisible ties that bind’) that continue to impact our lives in the present. These often have roots further back than we could even imagine (often spanning multiple generations!)
It is often these hidden forces that keep us stuck, and block us from moving forward in our lives.
In this workshop, through the use of representatives (who 'stand in the energy of' i.e. representing members within a system) and a highly phenomenological approach, these hidden dynamics e.g. the loyalties, entanglements and burdens within our family systems (that unconsciously shape and influence our present-day thoughts, feelings, choices, behaviours, relationships and emotional experiences - energetically and epigenetically) are revealed.
Then, with healing movements and statements, and a process that allows the dynamics their natural expression, new perspectives can be formed, paving the way for growth, healing and change. Often, also with noticeable positive ripples across the whole system!
In order for your goal/issue/challenge to be worked with in this workshop, please ensure that you bring a paper notepad, such as a pad of 'Post-Its' when you arrive in the online/virtual space. This will be fully explained on the day.

Yes, this workshop is online, so you join from the comfort of your own home! Please make sure you have a distraction free area where you will be undisturbed for the duration, and a strong internet connection to connect with video and audio
It is not recommended to join from your smartphone, as you will need to be visible to the group and the workshop facilitator. You will likely also require movement throughout the workshop and therefore a laptop or desktop is highly recommended, not ipads or iphones.
Your fully trained facilitator, Linda Ruiter-Dawson, will provide all necessary information and guidance throughout the workshop. No need for any prior experience or knowledge of this powerful modality.
To be prepared for your own constellation work, please come to your virtual space with a pad of 'Post-It' notes or similar. This will be explained on the day.
