You do not need to be over 21 to attend, but the free beverage is only for attendees 21+

It's for all levels! You can modify or adjust any movements. In the end, the workout is what you make of it and can be easy or challenging

Do I have to be a member of F45 to attend?

Nope! The workout is open to the public as long as you purchse an event ticket

Every attendee must purchase an event ticket, even if they're a member of f45.
