Do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booking is essential to ensure that we have enough materials and supervision for your child.  There are limited places avaiable, and a waitlist will be created once places are full. Bookings will close 48 hours before if not full prior.

Question 2

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations received 48+ hours prior to the event will receive a full refund (minus booking fees). Cancellations received 24-48 hours prior to the event will receive a 50% refund (minus booking fees). Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit fees for this event.

Question 3

What ages is this suitable for?

Accepted Answer

This event is for upper Primary-lower Secondary aged students. If you have a slightly younger or older child you are welcome to reach out to discuss if we can accommodate your child on this occassion.

Question 4

What if minimum numbers aren't reached?

Accepted Answer

If minimum numbers are not reached to enable the group to run when the event closes (48 hours befeore) we will offer to move your child to another event where available, offer a credit or refund.

Question 5

Should my child bring their own lunch, snacks and drink?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While we keep snacks on hand, your child will need to bring their own snacks and lunch on the day. They will not be permitted to leave the premise at all. We have access to a fridge and small benchtop oven. We do not have a microwave.
