• Reduce stress and worry about things that are out of your control

• Remove blame and shame

• Encourage gratitude and appropriate action

• Restore balance and fun in life

By booking into this program you are securing your spot in all four sessions.

Session 1, Thursday, 18 July: Fear- Monsters under the Bed

Session 2, Thursday, 25 July:: Anger- Rip, Snort, Tear

Session 3, Thursday, 1 August: Sadness, low mood- Waterworks

Session 4, Thursday, 8 August: Joy – Finding the Treasure

All materials and worksheets will be provided at the session. Participants keep their own work.

About the Presenter:

Iris Whitelock is a qualified transpersonal art therapist, women’s coach and facilitator, with a background in performing and visual arts, and business consulting. She lives and works in Western Australia, as well as coaching online with overseas clients. As a Late Developer, she was 57 before she found what she really wanted to do “when she grew up”, and she completely reinvented her life at age 60. She knows first-hand the urgency and deep desire to create purpose and fulfillment for the second half (or third third!) of life, and she aims to help her clients make this transition quicker than she did! Iris’ unique method of combining art and coaching helps women to re-awaken the delight, curiosity and sense of adventure they once had, stepping courageously into their new challenges while also drawing on the wisdom of their years.

Tough times taught her the value and power of creativity when it is focused on gaining clarity and purpose in life. She has developed courses and programs that blend playfulness, creativity and deep reflection to uncover her clients’ essence and allow their bright and beautiful Selves to shine.

Iris loves the sense of community and sisterhood generated in small groups, and equally, she loves working one-to-one with people who feel they will benefit from individual attention. If you are interested in having a free, no-obligation chat with Iris, to see if/how she can help you, you can email iris@artoflifecoaching.com.au or make an appointment on https://calendly.com/iris-artoflifecoaching
