Evolve & Empower Women's Circle
Online, you can be anywhere in the world. Over the course of the year we will delve into a world of fun, connection, inspiration and joy. The free Facebook group is also available to anyone for enhancing connections in between.

Meditations
A learning segment - subjects can be submitted
Guest speakers (Nutrition, Life’s struggles, Art, Crafts, Travel)
Break-out groups - be heard
Dance and share music
Talk about YOU and what’s important (the group then learns about other peoples lives) fostering compassion and learning
Processes and exercises for clearing emotions
Breathing exercises for relaxation
What would you like to let go of (be vulnerable [your choice] and be held)
and much, much more.

Starts on Sunday 19th May 2024 and monthly on third Sunday of the month after that. A reminder will be emailed.

Is it FREE for all sessions?

No, you can attend one session free to try it out and you can also join the Facebook support group, however to continue, you can subscribe monthly by paying casually or subscribing for 12 months.

Why isn't this Women's Circle in person?

This circle will always be online. There are many people who are not within a 15 minute drive of circles and would like to join one. This way you are constantly connecting with the same people on a regular basis to forge friendships and possibly in the future we can do some polls for meetups.

I run a variety of Zoom interactive workshops for the Inner Child, Worthiness, Loneliness and common issues that block people from moving forward in their lives. These workshops are proving to be very life changing for many participants. All are welcome. Come with an open mind and compassion as these workshops go through many steps to assist you seeing where you can make positive changes in your life.
