Initiating the Process

Are you ready to take these important first measures? Today in this session, you will learn about the initial steps of filing a legitimate grievance, who to advise and how to collect critical witness testimonies. You will certainly gain some practical tips!

The Peer Review Panel

Participants in this webinar will learn who the right members are for their peer review panel.

Asking Questions

Participants will continue to hone their questioning skills and delve more deeply into their chosen topics.

The Peer Review Process

This session offers an overview of the entire peer-review process: from planning and preparing for an effective hearing to decisions.

Panel Walkthrough

After a morning of exercises and career mentoring, you are to engage in a peer review in the afternoon, starting polishing those professional conversation skills!

Why Does the Process Fail?

When the exercise is complete, participants will be able to identify the most common impediments to good peer-review, and learn concrete strategies for addressing them.

Workshop Wrap-Up

Learners will have an opportunity at the end of this learning experience to gather and reflect on what they have learned in relationship to each other and finalise their learning into a plan.
