In this discussion, we will explore some of the dangers of email – from reduced efficiency to security and privacy issues. Consider how communications might be seized by readers outside the intended audience, and how misunderstandings or misuses can derail good reputations and revenue streams. When something erroneous is sent to the wrong people at a bad time, how might that go awry? Learn how to manage these issues more smoothly by protecting information while also avoiding embarrassment.
Create Structure for Success
You’ll learn everything you need to know to write a well-constructed electronic missive – one that exquisitely conveys your business goals and leads to the response you desire.
Rules of Thumb
During this session, you will learn how to write emails with knowledge of common email practices that lead to clear and professional emails. You will master the composing of new messages by focusing on and selecting key points to communicate in a brief and impactful way with targeted readers.
Grammar Perfect
You will be able to acquire the important skills of using the spelling checker, adopting a proper active voice in your sentences, and using punctuation marks and emoticons. The course will provide you with a clear understanding of how to make the best use of text talk, as well as writing concise sentences for better communication outcomes.
Formatting Email Message
Session participants will learn various crafting elements of an email: from setting up the format, to sending your message in the most appropriate way. Find out these tips and techniques on how it can help you with your colleagues.
Broadcast Emails
A good understanding of how to use a company’s branding correctly might spell the difference between loyalty and oblivion. Repetitively applying the same logo, slogan or other identifiable brand elements in all communications should make any new social participant realise why it is important to companies wanting to make customers remember them.

In this session you will learn some basic tools and approaches to ensure that you are in control of your inbox and improving your communications for greater productivity.

At the end of the course, users will be able to create their own personalised learning journey. Based on their responses, they can ask questions and create an action plan.
