What you will experience:
The remembrance of your ancestors is not just of your physical lineage. The journey of your ancestors is a three-layered experience through the elemental body, the maternal/paternal lineages, and your cosmic inheritance.
The making of a medicine drum often reveals healing & activations, and is a shamanic process through which you may integrate the wisdoms of your remembrance. As you rebirth yourself anew, your drum is an embodiment of your own loving wisdom, a totemic ‘power object’.
Day 1 is the foundational exploration through elemental wisdom that enables you to connect deeper into your inner perspective of:
Earth | Form
Fire | Function
Air | Flow
Water | Freedom
This wisdom will be woven into the process of choosing your drum hide, connecting with it and the medicine of the kangaroo.
The self-realisation through the elements then arises in the maternal & paternal lineages where you deepen into the energetic relationships of your ancestry. There you will find a deep well of untapped power, wisdom and support available to you. As you release yourself from the karmic burdens and responsibilities of the lineage, you give yourself deep permission to come full circle in your inheritance. Reclaim yourself in your birthright of your ancestors’ loving wisdom, as the pieces of your drum are created in resonance with your sacred heart.
Day 2 of the immersion calls on your mastery from higher dimensions to surround the birthing of the drum as you lace and weave it into being.
As you start to embody your ancestral wisdom through guided meditation and movement, you are building a strong foundation for your cosmic channels to open and stream cosmic consciousness.

Frequently asked questions
No, you will be provided all instructions (and supporting guidance) during the whole process. You will be sitting on the floor, so bring anything that will help you sit more comfortably. If you do have any arm / wrist injuries, let us know. It may mean we provide some support to tighten your drum.
It takes about 7 days to fully allow the drum to dry before it should be played. An online masterclass is available after that time to help you learn some drum rhythms and even tone (sing) intuitively alongside.
We are working with the medicine of the kangaroo in this immersion; it’s an intentional choice so that we may all ‘move forward’ together in the ancestral journey.
Yes. Once you book your spot, you will receive some follow up emails on the kind of adornments you can consider to decorate with. It is optional to decorate, and you absolutely can do that after you bring the drum home.
We will also let you know what to bring if you want to begin crafting the drumbeater during the workshop. An option worth considering as everyone will finish at different times during either day. It is optional to create this during the workshop.
No we do not. There are many handmade options available online (ex. Etsy, or even Amazon) or many individual sellers in online groups (ex. Facebook) relating to shamanic drumming.
