Introduction to Resolving Disputes

This Course teaches you: dispute resolution. You will learn best practise for applying rules to a process or problem in solving an actual human conflict.


Fundamentals of Resolving Disputes

Today we will look at ways of resolving conflict. We will explore strategies to help to thoroughly understand the nature of any conflict and to enable true participation by all concerned, leading to a satisfactory conclusion.


Factors Contributing to Escalating Disputes in Context

But after that, our expert panel will talk you through developing a course of action for dispute, together with identification tools to help you recognise a dispute, and tips for bringing it to a successful conclusion.


Effective Communication during Disputes

Participants learn how to make compromises and get along with others. In this course you would be able to improve your communication, problem solving. Understand other points of view about conflict.


Managing Workplace Disputes

Learn how to deal with and resolve conflicts that arise in the workplace; Learn to become a better problem-solver, finding out when arguments are occurring between workers, or against the company’s performance. You’ll evaluate the methods for trying to resolve them.


Workplace Conflict Resolution

Learn to identify the root causes of workplace conflict and to manage such situations; learn to open up a dialogue and facilitate win-win solutions.


Resolving Differences and Challenging Situations

For participants, you’ll get the chance to play the role of a mediator and learn about the importance of acquiring skills to successfully guide negotiations and communication. We’ll introduce key pieces of negotiation to reflect on with conversations that look at what best practices you should be following, and what common pitfalls you should be avoiding so you’ll be better prepared to hone your mediation skills.


Workshop Conclusion

By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to formulate and address any questions which still persist, and also will be able to develop an action plan.
