• Any requests for date changes must be made with at least 72 hours' notice; strictly no exception. Transfer fee applies.
• Please be aware that there is a 15-minute grace period. After that, the team may not be available at the door to welcome you. Please note that calling after this grace period might be difficult due to poor phone signal in the aquarium and result in you missing out on the experience; no refunds will be issued in such cases.
