Need help to self-manage your health better?

This program aims to help people with general or chronic health conditions to self-manage their health better by improving their digital health literacy (i.e. finding useful information & resources online, downloading apps on your phone, getting help communicating with health professionals, setting up MyGov and My Health Record). This should result in fewer trips to hospital and a better quality of life for individuals. We’ve teamed up with Living Connected to provide you these free workshops to help with all your technology & digital health needs and questions.

What should I bring?

Bring your own device and learn how to use them more effectively.

Who should attend?

These sessions are suitable for seniors, carers & those wanting to better manage their health & health records with digital technology available.

Organized by

We are located on the beautiful south coast of NSW, Australia. We have over 120,000 items, with a great range of recreational and information resources.
