Devotional Yin Yoga

The class includes a traditional Elemental Yin yoga sequence. You will be holding poses for a long period of time so you can access energetic pathways (meridians), organs, deep tissues and emotions. When practiced along with breath and awareness, Yin postures are a beautiful opportunity to assess and transform our current state of being.

Throughout the sequence, Marie will use her voice tibetan bowls, guitar and chimes to create a beautiful soundscape. This combination brings profound peace, space, healing and spiritual awakening.
