This session will reveal a range of creative places and uncover how alt(ernative) spaces for creative thinking can be cultivated. We invite you to join us in exploring what makes thinkers tick.

Getting Inspired

Today, we’ll look at how introspection can clear the way for creative breakthroughs, and how it can inspire us when we see art that’s calling to our own personal creative genius. Let’s let the proverbial floodgates of self-reflection open up!

Beating Procrastination

Here you’ll learn the methods to help you weaken prohibitions and start adding structure to your life so that you can see and feel the power of small wins even in ordinary, day-to-day living. You will earn your new life; we will offer a way that helps you make changes without having to start from zero, but by leaping into action right away.

Workshop Wrap-Up

Participants also can engage in deeper learning at the end of the class by posing questions and making specific plans for how they will connect what they have learnt to their daily lives.
