Gina Heart is a Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Reformer Pilates instructor with over 8 years experience in the art of yoga and meditation. She is a certified Love and Relationships Coach and holds an honours degree in psychology.
She is passionate about helping people get out of their heads and into their bodies, so that they can feel more pleasure, joy, and love for life and themselves.
