Course Overview

To begin the workshop, we’ll go around introducing ourselves and meeting each other. Then we’ll give an overview of what this learning experience will be like. We’ll also check in to clarify what we hope to gain from this experience. We’ll make sure to stay on our schedule, and you’ll get lots of practise in the new skill that we’re focusing on.

Communication

Our trainers will give you the sense of presence with words, but also with non-verbal communication. After working with our team you will be able to feel confident and project your strong character in any setting. Do not miss this session and find out about the true meaning of nonverbal communication speaking louder than words!


Handling Angry Clients

Our trained experts will teach you how to recognise anger triggers and respond appropriately in challenging situations. They’ll show you how to lower your heart rate and cool down before things escalate or problems spiral out of control.


The Art of Asking Questions

In this session, you’ll develop a skill – questioning techniques – and you’ll help to expand your horizon. We’ll create some challenging fun, which will help you develop your problem-solving abilities.


Building Strong Connections

Connections (customers/clients) can be very beneficial to establish. We try to teach participants in our programme how beneficial establishing connections can be. How this can impact positive outcomes for performance.


Techniques for Stress Reduction

Over the course of the training, our presenters will model techniques for managing stress. Use exercise regimens and other methods as tools that can put the management of the participant’s well being into their own hands.


Ending Conversations Politely

As attendees in this session will learn.. techniques they can use to wrap up conversations in a way that leaves a positive impression. Get, tips on.. ending conversations or phone calls with ease!.


Wrapping Up the Workshop

After an exciting day of exploration, students will have time to ask questions, and develop a path forward to better serve their learning.
