Please remember to bring your apron, clips, sectioning clips, comb, tail comb, blow-dryer, thermal brushes etc.

Is my ticket refundable if I cannot attend for any reason?

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. The last valid request for refund/cancellation must be received by 4pm AEST (Brisbane time) on DATE. Log in to Eventbrite. Go to Tickets. Find the order you want refunded, then select Request a refund. Enter your details and submit your request.
