Join us on Sunday 4th August at the picturesque Darwin Ski Club for a day filled with excitement and flavour.

It’s one day, one venue, with over 14 bars serving up over 40 locally crafted cocktails to tantalise your taste buds! Prepare to be swept away by the sounds of live entertainment across our MULTIPLE stages. Featuring genres like Reggae, Samba, Salsa and nostalgic hits from the 80s, 90s and early 00’s.

Pick your ultimate party spot from a selection of themed areas including Splash Of Disco, Paradise Island, Once Upon A time in Mambo Land, or even indulge in VIP Treatment all day at the Aperol VIP Area.

Feast on a variety of delicious eats from our restaurant pop-ups, offering everything from Mexican delights to paella, cheese boards, picnic platters, burgers & more! To keep you satisfied all day long.

We’ve got you covered with plenty of shade, restroom facilities and water stations.

Join us from 12 noon until 10pm for an electrifying 18+ event. Book your babysitter and get ready for a DANGEROUSLY GOOD FUN event!

By making a purchase after the terms and Conditions have been varied, you agree to the variation. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your purchase. By making a purchase you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, and any variations as per the above.



Patron Ticketing and Entry Conditions:


- All patrons must have a valid ticket to access the event.

- This event is an 18+ event ONLY - The only forms of valid photo ID that will be accepted for persons wishing to drink alcohol are a current Australian driver’s licence, a current passport or a current state issued proof of age card.

- All persons, bags and containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Prohibited items will be confiscated (and only returned at Promoters discretion) except for illegal drugs, which will be handed over to police. The Event organisers do not take any responsibility for confiscated items.

- Every person entering the event will receive a wristband if this wristband is removed for any reason, you will be removed from the event or you will need to purchase an admission ticket.


VENUE

The Darwin Ski Club is a magnificent open-air site situated on Bundilla Beach overlooking the Arafura Sea. Hosting a range of facilities such as bars, food, bathrooms and the stunning Darwin sunset.

BOX OFFICE / TICKETING

The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open 60 minutes prior to gates opening until the headline artist commences. Please have your ticket printed and ready for scanning at the gates, or alternatively have the barcode ready on your phone with the device brightness turned up.

TICKETING POLICY

The official ticketing agencies for this event are eventbrite & MOSHTIX,
SRO Events and the Darwin Ski Club take no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honored.

Once a ticket purchase is completed there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event, the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligible for a refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

It is a condition of entry that all bags and personal belongings are presented to Security Staff for inspection. Patrons detected with contraband items such as alcohol will be refused entry without a refund.

PERMITTED ITEMS

You may bring to this event: Small Rug, Sealed Still Bottled Water (not carbonated), Rain Poncho, Non-Professional Camera (No professional lenses or video cameras, please).

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Items strictly prohibited from entry include -Alcohol, Soft Drink & Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Still Sealed Water acceptable), Umbrellas, Cheese Knives, Glass, Glass Jars, Metal Cutlery, Shade Structures, Tents and Canopies, Pets, Offensive Clothing, MC Club Attire, Bicycles, Scooters, Trolleys, Pets.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

This event will have a range of food and beverage outlets open for the duration of the day. Bars will operate offering a wide range of Beer, Wine, Cider, Spirits, Cocktails and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. All vendors will offer Tap & Go or Cash Payments. There will also be a number of food operators on the day of the event.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

This event is an18+ Event only, Photo ID may be required.

WEATHER POLICY

This event is an open-air event that will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be advised by SMS, Email and social media. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe to proceed / continue. This decision will be made by Event Management, Venue Management and Emergency Services. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire footwear, a wide brimmed hat, sunscreen and rain poncho.
