About the Speaker
Ange built a successful career, with over 15 years’ experience, in Corporate Media sales environments before transitioning into facilitation 10 years ago. She brings practical skills, enthusiasm, and know-how to the training room.
Ange has extensive experience developing and facilitating Customer Service workshops which aim to shine a reflective light on your service offering, build greater engagement at every stage of the customer journey and offer practical communication tips for more positive and effortless interactions. She loves working with small business owners who live and breathe their brand and can create such a positive point of difference through their customer service.
Ange has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a REACH and DiSC Certified Practitioner.
