Curious Caves and Coastal Caverns

Join Geotrail & Nature Tours for a jounrey through the caves at Caves Beach, highlighting the unique geological features of our region.

Starting with a stroll down the beach, explore the caves carved into our coastline and discover the incredible forces that created them.

The walk to and from Caves Beach carpark to the Caves is on uneven and potentially slippery terrain and requires moderate fitness.

Important participant requirements:

- This event is for people aged 10+ years and over. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

- All attendees at the event require a ticket.

- Please wear fully enclosed footwear, hat, sunscreen, and bring snacks and plenty of drinking water. Note that there are no facilities (toilets, water stations etc) on the walk.

- This event is for Lake Macquarie City residents, others may be waitlisted.
