In social situations, you might struggle to find your center, constantly worried about what others think of you. You may even desire to be calmer around your children or at work but struggle to maintain your composure.

Join us for an insightful workshop on Cultivating Calm through an introductory talk and powerful meditation based on Internal Family Systems therapy principles. Led by Megan Pasierbek, aka Coach Megs, an IFS Therapy Practitioner, Wellness Coach, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Facilitator, this workshop will offer practical strategies to address these challenges and reconnect with your true "Self," which is the version of you that is naturally calm, centered, curious, and compassionate.

In this workshop, you'll gain insight into IFS therapy and how it can help you understand and harmonize the different parts of yourself, including the not-so-calm parts. Through guided meditation and exploration, you'll have the opportunity to delve into the why behind disrupting your calm and then engage in a beautiful healing process that helps to shift the things deep in your subconscious that are keeping you in the same cycles of behavior.

Megs will lead you through a powerful guided meditation rooted in IFS principles, allowing you to connect with your inner resources and cultivate a sense of confidence and assurance. By embracing your authentic self and understanding the roles of your various inner parts, you'll gain valuable insights into reclaiming your calm in various life situations.
