From card games to couple's activities there's something new for everyone at Couples Connect. So grab your partner, and get ready to improve and deepen your connection with each other in a safe space lead by an experienced relationship therapist.
Each couple works as a couple
Each week Couples learn about autonomic nervous system regulation and co-regulating - an essential skill for healthy relationship.
The aim of this series of workshops is to help couples
- Connect with each other
- Explore and learn together
- Enrich their relationship
- Bring more joy, appreciation and fulfilment to their relationship
Couples Connect - Spicy Edition
Date: Saturday 6th July 2024
Time: 1-3pm
This is an extra1 x 2hr workshop for couples that want to develop and explore their intimacy further.
Couples need to have purchased and completed 3 x 2hr Couples Connect workshop series.
