Please be aware that this is a ticket sales-dependent event. If sales targets are not reached, all tickets will be refunded. There will be refunds issued otherwise!
Who Can Attend the Event?
The Canada Day Yacht Party is for Everyone. No matter your faculty, or school you can join us on the Mermaid Spirit Yacht. Please be advised this is an 18+ event only. Please bring a valid ID with you!
Students are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the Yacht Port. Please be on time as no refunds are available to students who miss the yacht departure time. As this is a ticket dependant event we will not be processing any refunds unless the event is cancelled.
Liability
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify Bond University and the Canadian Law Students Association, their agents, employees, and subcontractors from and against any and all losses, claims, actions, costs, expenses, fees, damages, fines, and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) caused by any negligent acts or omissions by the purchaser or members of the purchaser's group.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to have your pictures and videos taken to be used on social media and for future marketing purposes.
CLSA Reserves the right to refund any ticket without eventbrite fees.
