Clay Pottery Wheel Beginners

Looking for fun things to do in Brisbane? First time throwing clay on the pottery wheel? Join Wesley Taylor in this creative and relaxing experience!

In this two hour workshop, you will receive guidance from a patient and experienced teacher to help you make ceramic works of art!

You will be working with stoneware pottery clay which means you can take it home and let it dry.

After around three days you can either:

- Take it to your local pottery place to get it fired to stoneware which will make it functional from $5 in Brisbane (we don’t fire here)

- Or you can keep it as an air-dried clay and paint your creations yourself later however you feel with acrylic paint!

At the end of the class, you can take home your ceramic self-made masterpieces!

We also offer small groups Sunday session with public sessions with minimum 4 people in a public session to run, with Sunday penalty rates deal only $149 per person.

Materials provided, and a small craft tray to take your art pieces/clay masterpieces home.
