We’ll begin the session by practising curiosity with the participants: brainstorming what’s possible. We’ll give everyone a chance to think about their hopes. What do they want to get out of the session? What are some learning objectives that they have coming out of a workshop space?

In this session participants will explore how they know when to act, how they know they can make a difference and how they build a team. They will learn tools for major change.
Identifying the WIIFM
Welcome to this session on “What’s in it for Me” (WIIFM). How to gain support for your proposals! Want to know what separates a fantastic game plan from an ordinary one?
Understanding Change on an Individual Level
During this event we will all have an opportunity to discuss the importance of creating change in our lives; participants can learn tools and techniques on how to overcome negative thoughts and barriers we all face from previous experiences, as well as some tips on how to creating new habits to reach our goals at the top level. The result? Improved Personal Performance!
Leading and Managing Change
They must also retain an appreciation of how each part contributes towards change, and learn how to run the process together from beginning to end. Communication with each other is key; empowered teams need to remain in contact in between steeplets.
Gaining Support
This is not a data-collecting session: we will follow up on our strategies; we will work out a way to seek support; we will address current problems; we will come up with customised coping techniques.
Making it Worthwhile
Come to this seminar where we’re going to explore the joy of apprenticing for status meetings. You will learn how to create a team atmosphere that lists accomplishments while using ‘we’ to suggest the shared nature of all our outcomes.
Winning People Over
In this session participants will learn how to better build change management approaches from the ground up by focusing on emotional values, evidence and cohesive teaming.
Building Resilience
Leadership lessons: Resilience ‘Can’t’? Yes, actually you can! In this session we will look at the power of resilience in leadership. Strategies will be shared on how leaders can increase their resilience as well as that of their team. In doing so, you will learn how to become a more powerful leader by giving you a greater ability to face the next challenge as well as preparing you for continued long term growth.
Developing Adaptability
Attendees will come away with an appreciation for the challenge of fostering adaptability in an environment. Learn about winning ways that leaders and individuals can foster it. They will be primed to bring practice back to their own organisation!
Wrap Up of the Workshop
At the end of the session they’ll have an opportunity to query and plan, steps, so learners go home with the techniques they want to use in their daily lives.
