This FREE half day workshop will help set the scene for change within Aged Care Reform, explore change theory and provide practical tips to assist attendees in leading themselves and others through change.

The workshop is designed to be a safe space for leaders to have important conversations on what is impacting them and their organisations. This is also a great opportunity to network with leaders from other community aged care organisations.


Facilitated by Tom McQualter and Rosie Nelson of Petruc.co and hosted by Moonee Valley City Council.
