When are the classes?

Classes are delivered in a blended online format, with instructor-supported, weekly 2-hour sessions from 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm via zoom.

Are there any pre-requisites or do I need any prior skills?

There are no prerequisites required for the course, this course is designed as a fundamental introduction to cyber security. An understanding of digital literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite is recommended.

Do the assessments have a due date?

Accepted Answer

Yes there are several checkpoint exams and a final multichoice exam for each subject. At the end of the program participants will be eligible to sit the CISCO CCST Certification exam and gain the CISCO Certified Support Technician (CCST) cyber security Certification *Note:  CCST exam is not provided

What technology is required for my course?

It is highly recommended that for the course you have your own personal computer with a minimum i5 processor and 8gb ram.

What software will be used during my course?

Software used in this class will be provided, and instruction on how to access and download required software will be outlined during orientation.

What other tools or software will be used in my course?

Accepted Answer

A range of videos, podcasts and online readings are used throughout your course. We aim to deliver all of our courses incorporating cutting edge technologies. If you have not used one of these formats and need assistance, please reach out to your trainer.

What happens if I need to withdraw from the course?

Please note, we make every endeavour to support our students in setting them up for success, prior to withdrawal, please make time to speak with your trainer or the course manager.
