The Canberra Business Chamber is pleased to invite members to the Canberra Glassworks for this truly unforgettable experience.

Situated in the historic Kingston Power House, Canberra Glassworks aims to increase the visibility, viability and vitality of Australian glass by being an engaging and valued centre for art, craft and design within the Australian cultural landscape.

This visit will include a guided tour of the facility where you will see glassblowers in action in the “hotshop” and your guides will explain what’s happening on the floor. You will also have the opportunity to get hands on and create your own kiln formed tile.

The tour and tile making will be followed by networking drinks in the foyer and will coincide with a new exhibition by the renowned Australian artist, Robert Fielding.
