Are you too busy working in your business to work on your business? Unsure of how to take your business to the next level? Business coaching can help keep you on track for success.

Tourism Midwest Victoria has teamed up with Vicki Millen, accredited business coach (PCC) and HR Professional (CAHRI) from Ulysses Professional Coaching, to support tourism and hospitality Industry Partners to kick-start, refine or level up their business.

Is there a cost to participate in this program?
No, the Business coaching program is fully subsidised by Tourism Midwest Victoria. This program is valued at $1,200 per business. Places are strictly limited.

Tourism Midwest Victoria Industry Partners. Not an Industry Partner? Sign-up here and secure your spot.

Where and when?
Business coaching sessions may be held in-person or online.

What does the business coaching program include?

1 hour introductory meeting
- Overview of business plan template (including budgeting)
- Set goals and objectives

Up to 3 hours of business coaching
You may opt for 2 x 90 minute sessions or 3 x 1-hour sessions

Unique needs and outcomes may include:
- Strategic planning, exploration of growth opportunities, visioning, clarity of business direction
- Establishing your brand, marketing, and communication
- Budgets, prioritisation, and action planning
- Systems and processes for increased productivity and efficiency
- Enhanced leadership skills, effective partnerships, and team dynamics
- Planning for sustainable success, harnessing strengths, wellbeing and work life balance
- Accountability and goal tracking
