About this event
- 1 day 19 hours
As a Medical professional, do you often find yourself unheard, feeling overwhelmed and burnt out? This weekend retreat is perfect for you.
Managing a work-life balance, staying updated with business education, and effectively communicating with patients can be challenging. Finding time for self-care should be a priority - and we can help you do that by blocking out some much-needed relaxation, networking and business and health education.
Our Wellness Retreat will offer sessions on communication skills, prioritising self-care, conflict resolution tactics, negotiating (contracts, staff, management) and dealing with self-doubt. These sessions will be combined with networking, one-on-one business consulting and social activities at the stunning Sands Torquay Premium Resort and Golf Course on the southwest coast of Melbourne.
Whether you come alone or bring your friends, family, or fur family - everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of the Great Ocean Road and the coastline of Torquay.
