Building Resilience - Boundaries and Reflective Program provides a set of skills from three units of competency which support resilience for workers within the community and health sector. Our training workshops are over a three month period with e-learning modules.


Learning outcomes in the unit of competencies include:


  • Recognise stress and triggers in your own role
  • Identify strategies to effectively prevent, reduce and manage stress
  • Undertake self-evaluation with supervisors/peers
  • Create a self-development plan that sets realistic goals and targets
  • Apply self-care strategies in managing re-traumatisation and vicarious trauma
  • Identify opportunities to embed trauma informed care and practice in delivery
