Enhancing Communication Skills : In this session we will learn some tools for dialogue – to hone our ability to listen, to learn to speak at a manageable pace, to actually pose transparent-objective-curious questions, to be able to read the listener’s ‘mirror’, to internalise the ‘contagious’ mimicry and facial expressions of others, so we know when to slow down, when to repeat and summarise, to truly ‘co-create’ the lives of others – for transformation and cohesion that ends with two partners on the same page!
