Our next 2 sessions in the Building Better Boards series will focus on Risk Management for sporting and recreational organisations. These sessions will be delivered by Andrew Larratt, CEO of Strategem. The second of the sessions will focus on helping organisations understand:

  • What is a Risk Framework?
  • How are different Risks identified and categorised?
  • Developing a Risk Register?
  • How to maintain, review and refresh your Risk Policy, Framework and Register.

Organisations will be provided with a working Framework and Register that they will be able to take back to their Boards and develop into a final versions for their organisation.
