Tracey Wood will discuss Chapter 3 Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 regarding progress payments and payment schedules. She'll run through issues that have arisen and court decisions handed down since the legislation commenced in Dec 2018. She'll also discuss the legislation changes that are coming from 1 July 2020, briefly touching on the Project Bank Accounts model.
