What is bLa energy?

bLa means supreme energy in Tibetan, it is the pure energy of the five elements, the essential energy protective of life. It is our life force.

We can lose our bLa energy in many ways, Tibetan medicine offers this special treatment for restoration and rejuvenation through calling back your bLa.


In this workshop we will look at:

What bLa is and how we lose it

The benefits of restoring our bLa

Learn how bLa massage works on a lunar cycle

Learn the technique, and points on the body for this treatment.


This workshop is intended for personal use, or for family and friends only. It does not qualify the participant to use this treatment in a professional capacity.

Instructor Karen Stone has been studying and practicing Tibetan Medicine since 2005 under the guidance of Dr Nida Chenagtsang. She has extensive experience with the External Therapies unique to Tibetan Medicine.

Karen Stone is a practitioner and teacher of Tibetan Medicine, and has been a student of Dr Nida Chenagtsang since 2005. She has spent much time in Tibet, Nepal, and India pursuing further studies and enrichment of her passion for the healing art of Tibetan Medicine or Sowa Rigpa.

She has been a meditation teacher for more than 15 years, and is a registered teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia.She is also a Reiki Master and Bach Flower practitioner, and teaches Nejang Tibetan Yoga. She founded the Arura Healing Centre in 2001.
