Meet your Instructor

Patti is a best-selling author, international speaker and senior faculty member with the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association for Human Values. Through her book, Becoming Unshakable: Wisdom Learned on the Journey to Inner Freedom about her transformation she helps people how to transform their own lives through the power of the yogic sciences.

After a successful 20-year career in the corporate world as an executive in sales, training and marketing, a chance encounter led her to meeting Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and doing her first breath-meditation course. In just a few days, her life was changed forever!

Over the last 25 years, she has taught tens of thousands of people proven techniques and tools that have enabled dynamic personal growth and organisational transformation. As a senior international faculty member of the Art of Living, she conducts a myriad of programs from our introductory workshop to specialty programs tailor-made for specific industries.

Her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity live life to their greatest human potential has defined her life’s work. She is dedicated to the upliftment of humanity by sharing spiritual wisdom in a relatable, inspiring and practical manner.
