Autumn workshops are a series of creative workshops
inspired by the environment that surrounds
Lost Eden Farm Studio, perched in the beautiful Darling Ranges
and Jarrah forests of Dwellingup, just a short drive south east of Perth.
Leading Western Australian artists will guide and inspire you.
Spend a day in a wonderfully creative environment, develop your skills
and connect with fellow artists and learn from the best in their fields.
Amanda Benn – artist and teacher, will show you how to create sculptures
inspired by nature using wire, white tissue paper and glue.
Learn how bend, twist and join wire to create forms based on
natural objects collected from around the gallery property.
Amanda will demonstrate how to apply tissue paper onto the wire frames
using easy to make hot flour glue. You will be encouraged and supported
to think creatively to develop your sculptures.
You can complete white sculptures using, e.g., watercolours, paint pencils,
paint pens or acrylic paint and varnish at home. No experience needed.
Let the beauty of nature awaken the senses though this
workshop’s transformative methods.
