About the Workshop
Join Matt from Creative Crunchers as he goes through tax tips and tricks for people working anywhere in creative fields such as visual arts, theatre, and music. This is an essential skill for sole traders in the industry.
About the Facilitator
Matt is the Principal at Creative Crunchers, an accounting practice located in Fortitude Valley specialising in the arts and entertainment industries. He looks after a range of clients including individuals, partnerships, companies and trusts and has a particular interest in structuring, Film + TV production companies and their casts and crew. Matt has worked as Treasurer on the boards of Playlab and Radio 4ZZZ and spoken for a range of arts organisations over the years.
Other important information
- The workshop will be held at the HOTA Gallery - studio room, come via the front entrance and follow the signage.
- We ask that you please arrive at 5.45pm (15 minutes) prior to start time of 6pm.
- Don't forget to bring a notepad and pen or laptop/tablet.
- Bring a jumper as the room can get chilly!
- Snacks and light refreshments will be provided.
