We're teaming up with local Yuzu farm, WA Yuzu for an extraordinary dining and ultra-fine drinking experience. Seafood lovers you're not going to want to miss the first Artisan of the Republic 2024 session.
Brace yourself for an exceptional showcase of the true art of mixology as our drink creators go off menu to meticulously craft four unique cocktail pairings.
Delight your palate with Scallop Tataki adorned with aged Sudachi Ponzu, each bite elevated by the zesty notes of Japanese lime and indulge your sweet cravings with Grilled Pear accompanied by Yuzu Hokey Pokey and Miso Caramel.
