Artisans of the Republic 2024 returns for its third year, featuring a program of immersive dining experiences, celebrating WA crafts people, passionate about supplying only the finest foods and spirits to the Perth community.

That's why we're very excited to announce the return of local Perth formaggiaio, La Delizia Latticini to the Distillery for season four of Artisans of the Republic.
Join us for an authentic Italian dining experience led by our Head Chef Rene Mobius, taking guests on an immersive heavenly cheese journey. Witness the artistry of master cheese maker Dom Boccocia as he expertly makes burrata before your eyes, made fresh the Italian way.
Expect classic Italian tunes, fine cocktails, and freshly made cheese - the ultimate trio for an indulgent Thursday night in August.
