Arc Goes To... Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park

Explore Sydney and beyond with Arc Goes To! Throughout the year we take UNSW students on urban adventures and awesome out-of-town trips. Run by students, for students, Arc Goes To gets you soaking up the sights and sounds from Bondi to the Blue Mountains.

Featherdale focuses on Australia's native animals and is home to 2,000 creatures from more than 260 different species, therefore a MUST-VISIT spot.

You will find the largest collection of koalas, 3 open space enclosures filled with kangaroos and wallabies, as well as well as encounters with many other iconic Australian animals, such as dingos, echidnas, wombats, bilbies, Tasmanian devils, reptiles and a stunning collection of birds from Australia and around the world.

This trip is highly subsidised from a $55 package, down to $25!!

This trip features:

• A Coach Ride from UNSW and back
• Entry Ticket
• Personal picture with the koalas!

MEETING POINT:

UNSW Gate 14, Barker Street

Itinerary:

9AM - Meet at Uni to be sorted into groups!

9:30AM - Coach leaves (WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS)

10:30AM - Arrive at Featherdale. BYO lunch or grab from the cafe there.

1PM - Meet back at the entrance

2:30PM - Arrive back at uni.

Please arrive on time, to give yourself enough time to have your ID checked by an AGT volunteer before boarding the bus. We cannot refund your ticket if you arrive late and miss us on the day.

What to bring:

• Lunch (this is NOT provided as part of your package)
• Sunscreen
• Hat
• Water
• Comfortable Walking Shoes
• Your UNSW student card with your 2024 Arc Sticker. This will be checked by one of the AGT Representatives and they must match the order details. You cannot attend the event without it.
